Sesame Flavored Bread

Instructions

1. Dissolve the yeast in the 150ml of water
2. Then add semolina, flour, salt and oil
3. Mix to form a dough. If using the machine the knead on high speed for 5 minutes adding the rest of the water bit a time. If by hand then knead for 10 minutes adding the rest of the water. Until smooth and elastic
4. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for an hour or until doubled in size
5. Knock the dough back, place it on a floured surface and shape it into 2 balls
6. Using a rolling pin, roll these out into circle of about 20cm across and 3cm thick
7. Place them on a baking sheet, cover and ,leave to double in size again
8. Preheat the oven to 220C electric oven / 200C fan oven.
9. Gently brush the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds
10. Then bake for 30 minutes.
