22-23cm loose bottom round tin

Ingredients

  • 200g malted milk biscuits, crushed to crumbs
  • 100g salted butter, melted
  • 5 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 2x300g full-fat cheese
  • 300ml pot double cream
  • 300g white chocolate, melted
  • 200g milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons malt or Horlicks powder
  • 37g bag maltesers

Instructions

  1. Line the base and sides of a deep 22-23cm loose-bottom round tin with parchment
  2. Mix the biscuits, butter and 2 tablespoon of the sugar
  3. Then press into the base
  4. Chill while you make the filling
  5. Divide cream cheese and cream evenly between two bowls
  6. Add the white chocolate to one
  7. Add the milk chocolate, malt and reamining suagr to the other
  8. Beat each with an eletric wisk until smooth
  9. Spread the milk chocolate mixture evenly in the tin
  10. Wipe round the edge to give a smooth edge
  11. Spoon the white chocolate mix over the top and gently smooth
  12. Chill for at least 5hrs until firm
  13. Decorate with Maltesers
